i bought a 2 bedrooms unit here for our vacation home. we love the vibe of the community. the staff and the security guards are super nice. as it is our vacation home, we feel safe and we often ask the staffs to check our place from times to times. they recognize most residents. the staffs often call to verify our guests. definitely, we are well taken care of. and the location is perfect so close to everything. never travel anywhere longer than 10-15 minutes.

the project is small, with a limited number of units. there is no overcrowding among the residents. each house is surrounded by a fence and has a 24-hour security system to ensure your safety. the project's location is excellent, as it is close to chiang mai international airport and chiang mai university, making it easy to find affordable food. i'm very impressed!

the design of this house is my type. it is cozy and lovely because i am a big fan of japanese culture. i had the opportunity to visit their showroom. it is fantastic. the townhouse has three bedrooms. it is a perfect size for my family. most furniture is made of wood, is really strong, and looks minimal. the house is very well designed, and gets the sun and wind all through the day. very satisfying! excellent location, close to the city and numerous famous restaurants. moreover, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to chiang mai international airport. it is the best place. i do not know where there is a better place than here!!!

the condo is very quiet and private. there is a fitness center, a swimming pool, and parking spaces for those who live in the project. the staff here are nice, friendly, and helpful. the project location is excellent, located near chiang mai university, surrounded by a local community. there are a lot of restaurants, and the famous nimman area is just a few minutes' drives away.

if you want to relax in chiang mai, this is the place to be. the condo is in the heart of the nimman neighborhood, which is surrounded by various amenities, such as shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. the project also has a rooftop with a swimming pool and a lovely fitness center. the rooms here are a small one-bedroom and decorated in a modern style. the staff is also friendly and helpful. only a few chinese residents live here. most of the neighbors are westerners and koreans. the rental cost is also reasonable, which is amazing.

i just moved into this condo less than a month ago. i haven’t found any problems since i moved here. i think it’s because this condo was newly completed, and it’s still in good condition. my room is a one-bedroom unit which is more spacious compared to other room types. plus, the room comes with a modern design and complete furniture. most importantly, the common area has many facilities, including a swimming pool and a fitness center. in addition, the condo is located in the city center with access to local amenities, like central chiangmai, which is very convenient.

it is a small condo with an affordable rental price. it is suitable for long term rental. the room is not very big but not too narrow, decorated and equipped furniture and built-in wardrobes, increasing space and tidy. my room comprises a balcony and a sliding door conveniently close and open to receive the fresh air outside. the common area is like a normal condo, consisting of a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a security system with the key card. also, there is a guard who takes care of the safety of the residents 24 hours.

the project has a high level of privacy. i don't have to worry about outside noise. it has a fresh atmosphere and good air quality. the project is extremely quiet, consisting of luxury detached houses and condos. the neighbors are lovely. there is an excellent security system. there is also a large lake in the middle of the village where people gather and exercise in the evening. the location is good, surrounded by well-known restaurants, not a long distance from the city center, and it is only a 10-minute drive from chiang mai international airport.
