Kalim Beach

a 5* condo with major quality renovations and upgrades recently. the privilege residence went through a tough time through covid with owners unable to pay their communal maintenance service fees and the management company at that time failed to take action to retrieve the monies owed and put the condo in financial problem. thankfully in 2023 the committee appointed a new juristic manager and proper action was taken to recuperate nearly all of the monies owed. in the last couple of years since the condo is going from strength to strength with all owners now paying their cams fees and with the debts received massive updates, renovations and big improvements have taken place including: new sauna, new steam room, updated gym, renovation of swimming pool and surrounding area, lifts renovated and upgraded, water systems and electrics are now upgraded and working as they should, the whole condo has be painted including the outside of all buildings, there are now 2 security guards on duty 24/7, good cleaners now, plus lots more quality improvements. the stunning views from most of the unit's balconies are of patong bay and the andaman sea and are the best (in our opinion) of any condominium in phuket and the sea is so close to the condo. the location is perfect as 5 minutes away you get all the supermarkets/malls/shops, banks, good restaurant and bars in patong without hearing the noise or hustle and bustle of patong. behind the condo is 180° view of rainforest with lots of beautiful sounds of nature and many colourful birds and sea eagles flying around the the sea views from the balcony, so beautiful. kamala is also only 5 minutes in the other direction for quality quite beach bars and in 2024 three big supermarkets opened there (villa market, big c and tops). kalim beach is 0.2km walk away also. there are 3 under-condo car parks so parking is always easy with security sitting by looking after the cars. there are also lots of taxis around because of all of the local hotels and condos, so it only takes 3 minutes to get one. all the condo units have jacuzzi baths and rainforest showers and the bathroom fitting are all 5* as are the kitchen fittings. one of the biggest reasons that we bought our condo in the first place (apart from the amazing views), was that it was a foreigner freehold condo, so there is no 30 year lease to renew (even if the owners want to sell you another lease), thus making it a secure investment. these are not many freehold condos on phuket with sea views the good and close. overall, the privilege residence is an amazing 5* condo where my wife and i lived in for 7 happy years, in a great location and is really well managed and maintained (these days).

this is the most luxurious villa i've ever seen in phuket. the project is very close to patong beach, just a 4-minute drive. the atmosphere is quiet, and the common area is clean with excellent facilities such as a pool, a fitness center, a restaurant, a clubhouse, etc. the receptionist was professional. the villa is very spacious and comes with a large private swimming pool and sunbeds. the bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, a fully-equipped western-style kitchen, and beautiful thai-style furniture. the living room has a spectacular view of mountains. it is a wonderful place and difficult to find any other place like here!

every time my girlfriend and i come to phuket, we usually stay in this place. we love it! there are different types of rooms available, from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms. usually, we are in a one-bedroom sky suite type. the room is in good condition. there is a balcony with a panoramic sea view. most importantly, the staff is friendly and attentive. the project is on a hill near kalim beach and patong beach, where many restaurants and shops nearby. it’s great. i’ll definitely come back here again.

it is another place to stay many times and not bored. the location is okay near patong beach. there is a free shuttle bus service to patong beach as well, making it convenient. also, we choose the travel time depending on you. my room is 2 bedrooms with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, which is clean and spacious. there is also a balcony overlooking a sea view wonderfully. the staff also serves good services and is helpful. besides, breakfast is also served, and many other food menus that are tasty and delicious. for anyone looking for a place to relax, i would like to recommend this, definitely comfortable and worthwhile!

the best villa in phuket with large 4 bedrooms, perfect for family vacations. luxuriously and modernly styled and decorated with wooden materials to present thai arts. there are elevators, a swimming pool, and parking. as the villas are on the hill, you can see the endless view of patong bay, so stunning, especially in the evening. we are so happy spending time here! i hope i will be back soon!

condos here are available in the hotel section (hotel managed). the staff and services are very good. the common area includes a swimming pool, on-site restaurant, fitness center, and the rooftop has a beautiful viewpoint. the room has a nice spacious balcony and is designed to be proportionate. the bathroom also uses excellent and quality bathtub materials. it is fully furnished. on the downside, i think the gym has little equipment and not enough for the residents. anyway, getting to the condo is quite confusing because the entrance is very small. the project is near kalim beach and about 1 kilometer from patong beach.

luxury villa overlooking patong sea view directly from the project pool. i can truly experience relaxation every day throughout my residence. my boyfriend and i chose to stay here because our friends suggested it. at first, we aimed elsewhere but finally came back to stay here as it is close to my friend's villa, not far from patong beach, kalim beach, soi bangla, phuket fantasea, etc. it's very comfortable, seriously, we don't have to go anywhere because it's complete all here!

we are from france, and we have been guests here for almost ten years. it is a place to stay every year. the family loves to stay at disa b7, a 3-bedroom villa. all bedrooms offer unobstructed sea views. the interior is decorated in a beautiful style, focusing on thai art. it gives a warm feeling and an open-plan house that can gain a natural breeze throughout the house. there is a swimming pool and a sitting area around the pool. we used to let the chefs come to the villa for a new year's party. it was so amazing, the taste of the food is very delicious, the seafood is very fresh. i'm very impressed. there also has a large clubhouse and a communal pool. most people love to organize the wedding party in this area. besides, the project also offers a shuttle bus service to patong beach and patong center. it is very convenient! the most important thing is that it is not far from bangla road and you can call a taxi to pick you up or take a tuk tuk. it's easy and fun. see you again next year!

magnificent pool villa on patong hill, i never thought there would be such a beautiful pool villa. i was very fortunate to be able to see this luxurious four-bedroom ensuite villa. it is designed in thai style. the space is also well decorated with furniture. there are the sliding doors of the master bedroom that you can open to the pool and sala, overlooking the speechless views of the sea and mountains. there is a large swimming pool, and adequate parking in the project. the atmosphere around is shady, quiet, and very private. the location is the best on phuket island; it is near patong beach, less than 5 minutes drive. also, close to kamala beach and phuket fantasea, which has a spectacular show as well.

my fiancé and i plan to get married this year. we want to have our wedding in phuket. i have been searching on the internet for a wedding venue. fortunately, i found this hotel; it offers a free 2-night stay promotion for a wedding package here. this hotel is interesting as there is a swimming pool on the roof, a beachfront restaurant, spectacular views of patong bay, and a stunning sunset view. it would have a beautiful atmosphere, and it would be very memorable. if my wedding happens here, i'm sure there will be some beautiful memories of the ceremony. the hotel has a professional team for the full service of the wedding ceremony. the rooms come in various sizes, starting from 1-5 bedrooms, suitable for families and friends. i booked my flight ticket to see the actual place before making my decision. i also want to discuss the prices before i reserved the rooms for the guests coming to my wedding. the rooms are in a resort and luxury style with fully furnished and electrical appliances. the hotel is on a hill near kalim and patong beaches, opposite panya restaurants. also, i read reviews about the staff's service here; it is considered good service. i will back and update the review again after i come back from viewing this hotel.
