having stayed at this apartment recently, i was very pleased with how clean, spacious and conveniently located the property is. the residence is a wonderful location if staying in phuket, and the apartment itself is beautifully finished with a gorgeous pool. highly recommended!!

we stayed for a long weekend at the end of january and had the best time here. the villa complex is super quiet and relaxing, so we could spend lots of time in the pool and enjoy quiet time with our friends. close to bangor beach and lots of nice food and restaurants and things like that and we could grab easily from many different delicious places fit out was fantastic air-conditioning nice and cool and all modern appliances and comfort you would expect from a villa of this standard. will definitely return again!

the concept is modern, sustainable, and truly forward-thinking - i loved it instantly. behind it stands a strong team of three european partners, i met personally one of them- vid, before investing. the project delivers value for money, combining design quality with (truly) smart living for tenants and the community. it was designed with long-term comfort in mind. the building uses advanced green materials, sun panels to reduce electricity bills, tinted uv-protected windows, built-in water filtration, and ev chargers for cars — all details that make everyday living healthier and more efficient. there will also be a shuttle service to the beach, ensuring easy access to the coast. inside, the interior design and materials are excellent — elegant yet practical, with a layout optimized for natural light and comfort. zero bangtao is one of those rare projects that combines modern architecture, smart planning, and community living in a way that feels both sophisticated and human. perfect for long-term living or investment, especially for small families who value quality, sustainability, and good design.

we’ve been looking for the right place to invest, and finally decided on layan verde. it will take time to build, but the vision behind it is exceptional — nothing of this scale has ever been developed in phuket before. prices are still very low because it’s early, but this is exactly what makes it such a great opportunity. i say this as someone who already owns five properties in thailand — layan is the next big thing. not many people know that the layan beachfront redevelopment has already been approved by the government. it’s going to be transformed into a landscaped, walkable area with greenery, paths, showers, and family-friendly facilities — a civilized and modern seaside promenade. laguna for now is the elite center of property and is already very pricey. layan will be the new luxury neighborhood — more space, better planning, and huge potential. give it a few years, and those who entered early will be very glad they did.

we absolutely love this location! unlike other places we tried before — like diamond or sky park — cassia is truly close to everything. it’s right by the beach: you can walk there in minutes or take a short ride by the boat ride across the lake. from our 7th-floor apartment, we could see the sea, the pool, the canal village, and the weekend fire shows — my son loved watching them from the balcony. it’s quiet because we were on the top floor. the pool is large, clean, and chlorine-free — very different from hotel pools. you can go anywhere by shuttle bus, and within a few minutes’ walk there’s a supermarket (tops), pharmacy, restaurants, wine shop, and pizza place and nails salon. everything is nearby, no driving needed — perfect for families with kids, even with a stroller.
