    I have been renting Apus Condo for 3 months now, and everything is perfect. I like the convenient location; I am impressed by how easy it is to travel, buy food, and access other amenities. Pattaya Beach is just only 1 km away. The condo itself looks a bit old yet well maintained. The facilities are complete such as the large swimming pool with saltwater. You can see the pool from every room. The fitness center has completed equipment but quite outdated. There are shady trees around the condo, making me feel like staying in a resort. The rooms vary in many sizes. I have rented a small studio room. It's clean, well-decorated, and fully furnished. The price is acceptable for me. The staff is very helpful, the security guard, and friendly. I would give the rating to this at 9/10.
